Booking Terms
By confirming your booking and paying the required deposit, you agree to be bound by these mutual terms between you and Olé Villa.
Booking & Payment
- A deposit of half the total room rate must be paid within 48 hours of booking.
- The remaining balance and the security deposit must be paid in full the day before check-in.
- The security deposit is equal to the cost of one night’s stay. It will be refunded in full within one day of check-out, provided there is no excessive mess, damage, or missing items. OLÉ respects your privacy — once you’ve checked in, we won’t disturb you unless you request assistance. Collecting a deposit is standard practice to help us maintain the property.
- The day before check-in, you will also be required to sign a separate Property Use Agreement, covering care of the property’s belongings, including noise, damage to the property or leaving the property excessively messy, and the associated civil/criminal liability for breaching these terms. The Property Use Agreement will also be provided with your booking confirmation / before arrival. It does not introduce charges or obligations beyond the Booking Terms; it simply confirms your adherence.
- Once you’ve completed the bank transfer, please call, email or message via Line to confirm the amount and the last four digits of the account used. If the deposit is not received and we are not contacted within the required time frame, the booking will be cancelled without further notice.
- The person booking and the primary person checking in must be at least 18 years old.
Number of Guests
Rooms are allocated based on the actual number of guests staying. Any increase in the amount of guests must be communicated in advance. We do not offer extra beds, and last-minute additional guests or floor/sleeping-bag arrangements are not permitted, in order to protect the quality of stay for all guests. If the number of guests exceeds what was booked, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Bank Transfer Details
Are provided privately once the booking request is submitted.
Cancellation & Deposit Refund Policy
In accordance with The Tourism Bureau standard contract regulations, guests who wish to cancel must notify us and may request a refund of the deposit according to the schedule below. (A postponement is treated the same as a cancellation — the same cancellation schedule applies.). Note: In cases of force majeure, not attributable to either party, that makes the contract impossible to perform, OLÉ will return refund 100% of the deposit.
